Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, learning about their financial needs and banking channel preferences.
- Engage clients via in-person, appointments, and virtual interactions to provide counsel with a digital-first mindset.
- Explain and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services; recommend solutions based on each client's goals and needs.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to meet their financial needs.
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on location. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $20.00 - $20.91
