Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe developmentSupervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food productionOversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food preparationMaintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulationsManage inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levelsTrain and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skillsCollaborate with the catering team for special events and banquetsEnsure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards before servingParticipate in shift management to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hoursProvide exceptional service that meets the expectations of our guestsExperience
