Lead Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide mentorship and oversight to the RCM team, primarily offshore members

Handle escalated inquiries from patients and insurance companies, ensuring effective resolution

Identify trends in payer accounts and develop process improvements to enhance RCM performance

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred

Three years of related work experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or billing

Two years of specific experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferred

Experience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment is advantageous

Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
