Job Specifications : Starting Wage : $2.13 / hr - $7.07 / hr If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour, inclusive of tips Employment Type : Winter Seasonal 2025 / 2026 Shift Type : Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age : At least 18 years of age Housing Availability : No Job Responsibilities : Make connections with guests and co-workers Share our passion for the mountains during service Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday Ski / Snowboard out after work (optional location dependent) Other duties as assigned Job Requirements : We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary Desire to learn and grow Must be able to communicate fluently in English Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs.
