Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Sales Support Representative. Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm plus a Saturday every 6-8 weeks from 7am-12pm. Compensation for this role is anticipated to range from $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Highly qualified candidates may be considered for a higher rate.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Pay Range : $18.71 - $34.36

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
