Descripción del trabajoComplete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical and medical needs of the consumers in the group homes. Initial medication training and monitoring for unlicensed staff in the group home Work closely with the team to ensure individuals’ needs are met Reviewing physician’s orders for accuracy and providing in-service for staff Assist in psychiatric, dental, and monthly physician clinics. Assist with workers’ compensations reporting Scheduling and documenting individual appointments on computer program Send chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review Provide effective communication to patients / clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals Requires on-call Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing Current state license as an RN Proof of current CPR certification Compassionate, friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills Current driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Summary : We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a current state license as an RN and have a friendly attitude along with excellent communication skills. This job consists of working with individuals with developmental disabilities in an ICF / IDD group home setting.
