Join Our Team as a Trenching Foreman at Starlink Construction!

Location : Odessa, FL 33556

Schedule : Start time 6 : 30 am, M-F.

Starlink Construction is looking for an experienced Trenching Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on time, installing power conduit and structures by backhoe, mini, or hand trenching. What You’ll Do

• Lead with safety first : Stop any job to correct safety concerns and set the tone for a safe work environment.
• Manage daily start-up and end-of-day tasks — including PPE reminders, vehicle / tool inspections, and equipment checks.
• Operate backhoes, mini-excavators, and other heavy equipment while guiding your crew to meet daily goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job prints, and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient work.
• Perform hands-on labor as needed, from placing underground utilities to shoring, bracing, and concrete / asphalt work.
• Conduct quality checks and communicate progress updates with supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and performance reviews.

Our Corporate Office and Construction Yard are closely located within 5 miles of each other, in Odessa, off of SR 54 and Veterans HW. Employees are taken to job sites from the Construction Yard every day to jobs across Tampa.
