We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Warren, NJ and surrounding Somerset County towns.

What Youll Do

Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers

Maintain insurance-compliant documentation in CentralReach

Adjust programs based on data and team input

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience in home-based or community ABA settings preferred

Strong supervision, documentation, and communication skills

Organized, reliable, and committed to family-centered, ethical ABA care

Compensation & Benefits

$75$100 / hour , based on experience and caseload

Sign-on bonus after 90 days
