Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements and integration needs

Design scalable solutions and produce technical documentation for client and internal teams

Train teams on system usage and monitor system performance post-implementation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role

Strong experience with system configurations, APIs, and data mapping

Adept at translating business requirements into technical designs

Experience creating proposals and technical documentation

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
