Reports to : Westfield Innovations Supervisor

Supervises : None

Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly

Work Schedule : 7 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday

Purpose of Position : The primary responsibility of the Assembly and Production Associate is to assemble Power Scrub units and support overall production operations, including equipment maintenance, 3D printing, and safe material handling, while ensuring high-quality output.

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee is regularly required to move about the facility. The employee must frequently lift and / or move parts and inventory. Employee is required to seek assistance in the lifting of more than 50 pounds, or use a forklift to lift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, soaps and / or chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is exposed to cold and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
