Gain a full working knowledge of all menu items, recipes, prep lists, and setup for your station Keep a clean and sanitary station Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and the kitchen Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes with the ability to execute them to the same standard each time Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management Participating in the preparation and development of new menu items Hone your existing skills while learning new techniques and building your skill set to advance Collaborate with both your colleagues in the kitchen along with FOH staff

What :
Line and / or prep cook (could be a hybrid role depending on schedule and experience!)
The Opportunity :
- Work with a passionate, hands on entrepreneurial team that is trying to innovate and push the boundaries on tasty, affordable, Asian comfort food
- Get on the ground floor for an exciting new casual food concept opening, that has the potential to expand fast
- Flexible hours for morning and night shifts, as well as the opportunity to work on projects at either of Long Hospitality's concept locations
