Job Summary

The Office of the Registrar is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Academic Advisement Systems Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Academic Advisement Module and the university’s academic planning tools. Reporting to the University Registrar and receiving work lead direction from the Lead, E-Advising and Curriculum Technical Analyst, this position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and accessible degree audit and academic planning systems that support student progress, advising, and institutional compliance. The Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Academic Advisement systems, collaborate with campus stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing improvements in advising technology and student success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain degree audit and academic planning rules in PeopleSoft and related systems
• Analyze academic policies and curricular updates to translate into accurate system logic
• Test new system configurations, upgrades, and patches to ensure functionality and compliance
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and support users across campus
• Develop and maintain user documentation, reference guides, and process workflows
• Provide training and support for advisors, faculty, and staff
• Collaborate with IT and academic units to support institutional goals and improve student services

Anticipated Hiring Range : $6,831 / month

CSU Salary Range : $5,537 / month - $10,014 / month
