Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gym equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and member concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
• Assist in setup and breakdown for special events and activities.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall gym experience.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
