Do you like problem solving and getting things done? Keen on optimizing systems, making the complex simple, and working on problems at scale? Smartsheet Bulgaria are looking for a highly motivated and intelligent Senior Product Manager to join and run one of our Product and Engineering teams.

In this role you'll be building and launching new elements of our products and helping build an exciting vision for the future. We work in a fast-paced, agile environment that stays focused on building software that makes an impact.

You can work remotely within Bulgaria and will report to the Director of Product Management based in the UK.

You Will :

• Collaborate with research, UX, design and engineering to craft simple, scalable and innovative solutions to customer problems.
• Update and manage product roadmaps, and own the pipeline from concept through to launch.
• Work in partnership with engineering to dig into technical blueprints and develop technically viable solutions that scale.
• Connect with customers and our Customer Excellence teams directly to troubleshoot, gather feedback, and launch new solutions.
• Lead on cross-team initiatives, on anything from APIs to discoverability. You'll partner with product and engineering teams across Smartsheet to launch initiatives, and align on key investments.
• Use internal and external data sources to validate, guide and experiment. You will use data and metrics to guide decisions, opportunities, and measure success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
