• License : Active California license (or in process) is required.
• Malpractice / License History : Clean history is highly preferred.
• Visa Status : Not accepting candidates requiring visa support (J1 or H1B).
• Additional : Must provide the last 12 months' worth of case logs from a hospital setting during the interview.
