Assembly Operator Temporary, 1st Shift - White Bear Lake, MN

We have an opportunity for a temporary Assembly Operator to join our White Bear Lake, MN team on the Weekend shift . You will follow procedures for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the production department and company's quality system procedures. This role may be directly involved in production in multiple areas, including seaming, banding, packaging, core cutting, pleating, and dispensing. Good candidates have the ability to stay focused and produce high hourly assembly targets and perform repetitive work and motions.

• Conducts safe and timely set up of assigned equipment using the work order, route packets, set ups and test methods

Compensation :

The hourly pay for this role is : $18.25 / hour Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
