About the Role :

We have multiple Paraprofessional openings at a High School and Middle School! In this role, you will work under the direction of a teacher to support and implement instructional programs tailored to the needs of students with Special Needs and Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the teacher in designing and implementing academic programs based on student needs
• Provide academic support to individual students and small groups
• Help students generalize learned skills and behaviors throughout the day
• Maintain open communication with teachers and parents regarding academic and behavioral progress
