We are looking for a Product Manager with the 10x impact mindset and a track record of driving new product features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and customer outcome realization. This is an integral role with the opportunity of making a huge impact for ServiceTitan contractors by enabling self-service to their customers as an extension of the great customer experience they already offer. Our contractors' customer base can range from commercial property managers to residential homeowners. What you'll do :

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Accounts Receivable experience
• Engage closely with our customers (and end-users) to understand their current processes and needs, translating those into product capabilities and requirements
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and other team members to deliver impactful customer experiences and outcomes
• Define and drive the success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans
• Plan future product iterations based on a combination of usage analysis, customer outcomes, sentiment, and qualitative feedback
• Be responsible for the product's life cycle from concept to launch through value realization

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $113,100 USD - $151,300 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
