About the Role : \nAs a Registered Nurse (RN) at UAB Medical West, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.\n
