Life Support Certifications Required : ACLS

LOCUM COVERAGE ASSESSMENT

Reason for Locum need? Vacancy Maternity / Paternity

Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

Is the Locum Coverage needed short-term (3-6 months) or long-term (6+ months)? Short-term

Is the Locum Coverage needed for a specific shift type : Inpatient

Expected amount of time in Hospital : 2-4 hours per day of rounding, and remaining hours on-call with call-back obligations.

Shift Times / Coverage Details : Call - 7a-7a URGENT need for Jan through Jan 5th for call then on going needs for call and some clinic. Also need : January 13th, 15th, 20th, 21st, 23rd, 27th, 29th and 30th
