A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance partner to the Customer Success Management VP and leadership team, providing financial guidance and strategic insight
Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for the Customer Success organization
Drive simplification, automation, and standardization of financial processes and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including FP&A and senior business partnering roles
Strong understanding of subscription and SaaS business models
Experience supporting Customer Success, Services, or post-sales organizations
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
