Network Administrator

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to join our client's IT team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Morris, IL Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco networking expertise and a proactive mindset to support critical infrastructure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role is contract to hire reporting onsite 3 days a week to our client location in Morris, IL. The working hours will be Monday-Friday 6 : 30am-3pm.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain networking and telecommunication infrastructure including Cisco LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / ACI systems, Cisco Voice Systems, and Nurse Call Systems.
• Provide support for Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), including Jabber setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Configure and manage Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls; apply firewall rules and support security posture.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of network and telecom components.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and generate statistical reports.
• Respond to urgent issues, including after-hours support when necessary to ensure patient care is not impacted.

Compensation Range : $30-45 / hr
