GDIT TSS is looking for an AI Software Development Technical Lead to support the implementation of a contact center and cognitive AI platform to serve all GDIT customers with these requirements. The AI practice will reduce the reliance on live agents/technicians within the service desk through innovation.
The AI Software Development Technical Lead will develop cognitive use case solutions in our AI tools (IPSoft Amelia, Google CCAI) and NICE CXone. As the software developer, you will work collaboratively with an agile team of developers to implement and integrate the capabilities of the cognitive agent. Provides guidance to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
