Responsibilities of the HR Manager

  • The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • The HR Manager will support leadership with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive workplace culture

    • Preferred Qualifications of the HR Manager

  • The HR Manager should have some knowledge of HR laws, employee relations, and policy development
  • Must be an approachable leader and team player who values collaboration

    • Salary : $85-110k
