7p to 7 am Nurse (LPN or RN)

Sign-On Bonus :

Full-Time : up to $10,000

Responsibilities for Nurse :

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.

Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.

Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.

Shift Options for Nurse :

Night shifts available.

Full-Time shifts ( 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.

12-hour shift

Qualifications for Nurse :

Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college / university.

A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Nurse license or Combact license

Current CPR certification.

At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
