  • Participate in clinical rounds, cardiac case conferences, and care coordination meetings.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and current state-of-the-art care.
  • Collaborate with our pediatric ICU and critical care teams to optimize post operative recovery and long-term outcomes.
  • Demonstrate positive working relationships and team-oriented interactions with staff physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, other departments, and other health care providers.
  • Provide compassionate, high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Support education and mentorship for fellows, residents, medical students, and staff.
  • Contribute to research, program development, and clinical innovation to advance pediatric cardiac care.
