Direct Counsel has partnered with a top national firm seeking a Class Action Counsel (Case Evaluation) with 6+ years of experience in class, collective, and wage & hour actions.

Requirements :

6+ years of employment litigation experience

Active bar license in state of residence (CA preferred)

Compensation : $125,000–$175,000 annually + performance bonuses

Highlights : Fully remote; strategic case assessment and client advisory role.
