Service Manager: Le Burger
Le Burger 4304 is a French-inspired burger spot built around a simple question: "What would happen if two American guys opened a burger spot in Paris?" Our original Minneapolis location brings that idea to life as a fast-casual restaurant bright, playful, and family-friendly serving fine-dining quality burgers and the best fries in town with counter-service ease. In Cleveland, we're taking that same spirit to a bigger stage: a spacious, full-service neighborhood bar where guests can gather, catch the game on TV, sip cocktails at our full bar, and settle in for a sit-down experience. It's everything people love about Le Burger, but with room to stay awhile.
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall operations for Le Burger. They ensure guests enjoy unexpected and remarkable experiences, drive positive financial results, cultivate a positive culture for team members, and supports the development and leadership of the team. While aligning with our core values.
