A well-established law firm with offices across California is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse caseload of general liability and civil litigation matters , including personal injury, premises liability, and product liability.
• Conduct and defend depositions , attend court hearings , and prepare cases for trial .
• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery .
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to ensure strategic case development.
