What Makes This Role Great

In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison solving mission-critical data and reporting challenges for global customers, directly ensuring the integrity and performance of the systems that build our world's infrastructure.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Solve High-Stakes Technical Puzzles : Troubleshoot and resolve complex SQL data inconsistencies, application errors, and system performance bottlenecks in both cloud and self-hosted environments.

Optimize Global Performance : Monitor, tune, and configure production environments to ensure sustainable, peak performance using your expertise in SQL administration and Data Manipulation.

Architect Customer Success : Lead software migrations and transformations, providing the technical expertise needed to move customer data into the future.

Essential Skills & Experience

SQL Mastery : You possess deep experience writing complex Transact-SQL queries and troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures.

Reporting Expert : You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services and Crystal Reports, including sub-reports and table linking.

Cloud & Database Literacy : You have a sound understanding of relational database concepts and experience working within AWS, Azure, or IaaS environments.

Technical Support Excellence : Proven ability to provide professional, high-level support via phone and digital channels, effectively guiding customers through complex configuration, product functionality, and hosted software service challenges.

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with commercial construction processes like job costing, payroll, or project management.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Logistics

Location : Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR (In-office 4 days per week)

After-hours and / or on-call rotation will be a part of this role.

Compensation : Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
