Legal Billing Specialist - AM 100 / 200 Law Firm Experience

Location : New York City (Hybrid)

Ascendo Resources is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm in New York City seeking a Legal Billing Specialist with experience in high-volume billing from an AM100 or AM200 firm. This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent benefits and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Schedule :

First 90 Days : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (probationary period)
Post-Probation : 1 day onsite, 4 days remote

Key Responsibilities :

Manage high-volume legal billing processes using Aderant.

Prepare, review, and submit invoices in accordance with client guidelines.

Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely follow-up.

Collaborate with attorneys and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.

Maintain billing records and support reporting needs.

Qualifications :

Prior experience working in an AM100 or AM200 law firm required.

Proficiency in Aderant billing software.

Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and client guidelines.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
