Job Description

Title : Automotive Agent / Technician

Location : Farmington Hills, MI

Type : Contract

Key Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (ASE Certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding of 12 VDC circuits, CAN, DTCs, and PIDS
• Experience with OEM or Tier 2 / 3 technical support
• Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and repair manuals
• Skilled with cloud-based diagnostics platforms and remote support tools
• Effective communication skills and experience using Microsoft Word / Excel
