Summary of Work
The Unemployment Insurance Division of Job Service ND is initiating a multi-year computer system replacement project, known as "Unemployment Insurance Modernization." We’re seeking dedicated Unemployment Insurance (UI) Generalists to play a crucial role in supporting our Unemployment Insurance Program. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities, with a primary focus in the areas of tax liability and compliance for employers, claimant eligibility for benefits, benefit overpayments, and collections. Additionally, the UI Generalists may be required to contribute to project-related tasks, including data entry.
