Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center
As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents while working closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.
32 hours available on 7a-3p, including an every other weekend rotation.
$37 to $40 an hour, including differentials, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident, maintaining current resident care plans
Follow physician's orders, transcribe orders promptly and accurately, and review patient records daily
Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, administer medication according to procedure, and maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs
Demonstrate correct safety techniques, respect facility equipment, and contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions
Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies & Procedures, protecting residents' individual health information
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
CPR certified
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one
