A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Funder.
Key Responsibilities
Manages clerical tasks for timely funding and warehousing of loans post-underwriting
Compiles loan documentation and ensures all closing conditions are met
Prepares and routes closing document packages and maintains funding registers
Required Qualifications
Minimum one to two years of experience in loan funding or drawing loan documents
Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Technologically proficient
