Job Description : We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our dynamic team at the Bismarck location and the Fargo location. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities :

• Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions
• Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development
