Mortgage Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor / Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all pre-approvals from start to finish

Collect borrower information, review documentation, and input data into Encompass

Maintain communication with clients and real estate agents throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

Solid understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgage guidelines

Experience with loan structuring, income calculations, and DTI analysis

Hands-on experience using Encompass or similar LOS

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset

Entry-level position with full-time employment type
