Program Manager

Customer is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a critical enterprise initiative : the rehosting of the mainframe platform to a hosted third-party provider.

This role will own end-to-end delivery of the program, serving as the central point of coordination across infrastructure, application, security, operations, finance, and external vendors. The Program Manager will establish governance, manage dependencies, drive execution, and provide executive-level reporting throughout the migration lifecycle.

This is a highly visible modernization effort that directly supports the broader technology transformation roadmap, including loyalty platforms, customer 360 initiatives, and core retail operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle of the mainframe rehosting program (planning through cutover and stabilization)
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependency maps
• Partner with internal IT teams and third-party hosting providers to drive delivery
• Own RAID logs, risk mitigation strategies, and escalation paths
• Provide regular executive updates on timeline, budget, and delivery health
• Ensure alignment across infrastructure, application teams, security, and operations
• Manage vendor performance and delivery expectations

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of program management experience in large enterprise environments
• Prior experience with mainframe modernization or infrastructure transformation projects
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• PMP or similar certification preferred
• Experience supporting retail or multi-brand enterprise environments strongly preferred

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00 / hr.
