🌟 Join Treetop ABA – Work Remote Across New Mexico! 🌟

Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location : Remote – New Mexico

Salary : $80K–$100K + Quarterly Bonuses

Looking to make a real impact without leaving your home ? Treetop ABA is growing in New Mexico, and we’re seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide telehealth ABA services . Bring your skills, creativity, and passion for helping children thrive — all while enjoying a flexible remote schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and track client progress remotely
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs via telehealth
  • Collaborate with families and your Treetop team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience providing remote BCBA services
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and families
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • A collaborative mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
