Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Operations - Lodging, Ground & Sea.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operational stability and performance of the Hotel, Car and Rail Platform, ensuring uptime and content reliability

Manage supplier connectivity and ensure optimal performance through effective onboarding and ongoing support

Lead initiatives to improve content quality and operational excellence, including incident management and performance analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

10+ years of experience in travel technology or platform operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Proven track record managing complex supplier ecosystems in lodging or car distribution environments

Experience in improving operational reliability and API-driven performance at scale

Familiarity with BigQuery, SQL, and performance analytics
