Key Responsibilities
Own account strategy and execution for key mass retailers
Manage forecasting, trade spend, promotional planning, and merchandising execution
Build strong partnerships with retailer teams and broker partners to deliver results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Proven experience managing mass retail accounts (Target, Walmart, or similar)
Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills with P&L experience
Proficiency in Nielsen or Circana / IRI and data-driven decision-making
CPG experience required; hair or personal care preferred
