Family Practice / Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for October 15, 22, & 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Ponte Vedra, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, triage and first aid / treatment for workplace injuries, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are 6 : 30am-3 : 30pm on Wednesdays and 10 : 00am-7 : 00pm on Thursday, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care to qualify for this position.
