ERP Program Management Executive

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of Enterprise Resource Planning Program Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the ERP program from vendor selection through full implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and user adoption

Build and lead a program / project management team responsible for ERP implementation and ongoing support

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in project management, particularly with ERP or enterprise-scale system initiatives

Experience leading complex ERP implementations and migrations at an enterprise level

Strong understanding of finance processes such as General Ledger, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Intelligence

PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification strongly preferred
