Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 10 years of experience in UI / UX design and development with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process is a plus.
Join Our Team in WOODLAND HILLS, CA
We are seeking a strong resource to join our onsite team. The role involves designing and developing user interfaces for web applications with a focus on providing a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations.
- Ensure design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms.
