Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of leading teams to success. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, ensuring that our team delivers high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Practices : Promote and implement Agile principles, ceremonies, and practices to drive team efficiency and performance.
• Team Leadership : Guide and support the team in becoming self-organized, motivated, and high-performing.
• Scrum Rituals : Organize and facilitate effective Scrum rituals, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Impediment Removal : Identify and address impediments that hinder team progress, escalating issues as necessary.
• Product Backlog Management : Collaborate with Product Owners to develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Foster collaboration and alignment between development teams and other departments.
• Team Culture : Cultivate a positive and supportive team culture through effective communication and engagement.
• Metrics Analysis : Track and analyze relevant metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
