A company is looking for a Lead Director, Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify business needs and strategic objectives
Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and measure their impact on health outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years in health care strategy, care delivery operations, or related leadership roles
Deep understanding of value-based care and integrated delivery systems
Proven success in leading complex business-wide initiatives with measurable impact
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
