- Income guarantee, $260,000 - $265,000 / year starting base. then $300,000 - $330,000 / year after year 1. Large catchment for $400,000 people
- $50,000 - $75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment
- $2,000 month residency stiped
- $25,000.00 yr loan repy or retention
