Job Title : Partner or Senior Attorney - Insurance Coverage

Location : We have an office in Manhattan, but majority of our Attorneys and Partners are fully remote!

Compensation : $225,000-$300,000+ Base Salary (Negotiable and DOE).

There are also additional opportunities for bonuses and other incentives- year end bonus and productivity-sed bonuses. The firm also provides an excellent benefits package and 401k!

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior-level Insurance Coverage Attorney or Partner to join our prestigious law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take that next step in Career Growth and have the opportunity to spearhead a practice! Our client has been providing exceptional service to their clients for decades- they have a very reputable name, value work / life balance (truly), and they're continuing to grow- all green flags!

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all facets of insurance coverage law and a proven track record in providing strategic advice and representation to clients in complex coverage disputes. Ideally, we're looking for an Attorney who has 8-15+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage preferably coming from a Firm setting and also has great communication skills!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage matters.
• Represent clients in litigation related to insurance claims and disputes.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage issues for clients.
• Develop strategies for effective resolution of coverage disputes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulations to advise clients accordingly.
