Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidates
Design and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing
Enhance the candidate experience and advocate for the employer brand
Required Qualifications and Education
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Strong sourcing skills using various platforms and channels
High sense of ownership and performance standards
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics
