EHS Manager

Description

The EHS Manager is responsible for Health & Safety compliance for all Massachusetts locations as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of R&D sites in Cambridge and Worcester, MA. As the H&S lead, this role will support the implementation of the management system to ensure all H&S compliance activities are performed and tracked. Additionally, as the operational lead for R&D locations, he / she will be required to build productive working relationships with scientific staff and leadership while implementing and executing appropriate lab programs.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in EHS
• B.S. or equivalent in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health or related field or in a technical discipline, e.g. science or engineering
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
